The ELK-PM3603 PCMCIA serial interface card provides one RS-232 serial port capable of data rates to 115.2K bps. The board implements all modem control signals for maximum compatibility with a wide range of peripherals. The ELK-PM3603 utilizes a 16C550 UART that provides 16-byte Tx/Rx FIFOs and ships with a 12” detachable cable that terminates to a DB-25M connector. Ordering options allow the choice of UARTs for custom baud rates and 9-bit protocols.
