The genlock feature on ELK-Quartet-GL makes this card an excellent addition to any video distribution set-up. Build a video wall using a single system with up to eight ELK-Quartet-GL adapters installed to deliver up to 32 independent streams of digital video at the same time. Use the ELK-Quartet-GL in kiosks for attention-getting Point-of-Sale displays or information stations using digital video clips. On-board 16-bit ultra-wide SCSI connection provides a fast, powerful pathway for retrieving stored MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 clips from a single hard drive or RAID Array.
