 Four full-length 32-bit PCI slots increase the functionality of your notebook by providing a way to attach PCI cards to your mobile computer.
Flexible Power Options
AC and DC-ready models are available to meet virtually any mobile professional's needs. A 90 Watt AC power supply is standard. a DC power supply is available for use with any 12-volt DC power source, such as a battery or auto adapter.
Stay Cool and Quiet
A 310W Silencer power supply and Silencer cooling fans keep noise to a minimum, while providing plenty of power and cooling for even the most demanding PCI hardware applications.
Save Your Work
There is room within the enclosure to mount one 5.25" removable disk drive and two standard 3.5" x 1" disk drives, or mount four 3.5" x 1" disk drives to provide a massive amount of storage space for your mobile computer. Add a RAID controller card to one of the PCI slots to create your own RAID array for your laptop.
Rack It or Stack It
Rugged black metal enclosure can be rack-mounted or stacked on a tabletop. In a rack-mount configuration, the expansion system is only 2U high. As a tabletop/desktop unit, it can be conveniently placed underneath your notebook.

Now you can use your favorite notebook computer in the same capacity as you would use a full-size desktop machine.

ASAN ST's 4 Slot ExpressCard-to-PCI Expansion System accomodates four full-length PCI cards in a separate enclosure (chassis) that connects to a PC notebook through a 54mm ExpressCard module. Everything installed in the chassis actually acts as if it's inside the notebook.

Although the 4 Slot expansion system is larger than 2 Slot expansion system, the 4 slot has much to offer the demanding portable user. Adding 4 full-length PCI slots and bracket for disk drives, this expansion system provides all you need to take your high-end, full-blown desktop computer system and make it portable.
All standard systems include the ExpressCard/54 or 34 module, a 1-meter expansion cable, the 4 slot expansion enclosure, a set of rack-mount ears, and a 310W Silencer AC power supply.
