Seven 64-bit/33MHz (64/33) PCI slots increase the functionality of your VME single board computer through a PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC).
PCI Expansion Technology is incorporated into a universal standard PCI Mezzanine Card (PMC) card which extends the PCI Bus outside the VME computer. Our 1 and 1.5 meter flexible cable provides a high-speed communication link from your computer to our PCI Expansion System.
A 400 Watt AC power supply is standard, while a 300 Watt Redundant power supply is optional.
A quiet fan provides optimal cooling to your cards and disk drives within the ventilated enclosure.
Optional drive bays are available to accommodate up to eight internal 3.5" disk drives.

ASAN ST's 7 Slot 64-bit/33MHz PCI-to-PCI Expansion System accommodates seven full-length 32-bit or 64-bit PCI cards in a separate enclosure (Rack-mount or Tower) that connects to a VME computer through an available PMC slot. With PCI Expansion Technology, everything installed in the enclosure actually acts as if it's inside the host computer. This is accomplished by the expansion system communicating to the host via a 1 or 1.5 meter cable and a 'universal' PMC host interface card providing up to a 264MB/second data transfer rate between the host computer and the hardware within the expansion chassis.
Easy installation... install PMC host interface card using any available PMC connectors on your VME computer, connect the cables, add your PCI cards and power up. No driver is required.
